An anxious attachment in the easiest definition is someone who grew up not truly knowing that love would come easily to them.

Love was conditional, if at all truly present.

Emotionally unavailable parents, strong conditioning, traumatic events, chaotic households (and more), all made the developing child feel like who they were was not enough to be loved.

This perpetual unconscious fear over years (decades) creates a dysregulated nervous system. One that makes them believe that the only way they can really feel valid or safe is by "latching on" to human connection, by engaging in it with intensity. Thus, creating connection with anxiety.

And that is WHY I created the Emotional Freedom Collective.

Day 11 Monday Breathwork:
Create 2 minutes in your day to have just by yourself. Find a quiet space, sit with your spine erect, and simply breathe in for 5 seconds through your nose, hold at the top for 8 seconds and breathe out through your nose again for 6 seconds. Do this for 2 minutes (or if possible more, up to 5 min). How do you feel after?
